Description

A new benchmark in the servo motor market
(worldwide patented)
Fully disconnected when not engaged, no residual torque.
Equipped with a powerful brushless motor.
Fully CNC machined and anodized alloy case.
No moving plastic parts.
Custom stainless steel gears.
Compact and lightweight, yet rugged and reliable.
All in 750 g, almost half the weight compared to the other servomotors available on the experimental market.
The FX75 servomotor offers the customer the opportunity to add a complete autopilot system to the Oblò and Eclipse instruments, allowing the pilot to take advantage of all the flight functions: heading hold/tracking, horizontal navigation, altitude hold and change, automatic course inversion.
Safe and reliable
The Flybox FX75 servomotor has a reliable release system :
Situations such as severe turbulence or other anomaly will not be a problem, because the pilot can still take immediate control of the aircraft.
When the autopilot is not engaged, the internal gears are completely disconnected , therefore unlike some servo motors the pilot will not feel any residual torque at the control stick, giving a comfortable flight.
In the event of a mechanical failure, the gear train is designed to be reversible: the pilot can overcome the power of the brushless motor, providing the servomotor with an additional level of safety.
Each FX75 servomotor has a fast internal microcontroller that continuously controls the general functions by monitoring through internal sensors, also controlling the current and temperature of the brushless motor.
It therefore guarantees perfect and risk-free operation at all times.
In the event that it detects any situation outside normal working conditions, it will automatically be deactivated, informing the pilot immediately.

The output torque is electronically adjustable, and in case of forced action of the pilot on the control stick, the disengagement will take place without breaking a safety pin (unlike other servomotors on the market that use that mechanical safety system which after breaking down, needs a repair action to work again).
Easy to install and use.
The communication between the servo motors and the ACU (autopilot control unit) is fully digital because it uses the CAN-BUS data transmission interface. In this way, the electrical system is also simplified, in fact the servomotors only need two wires for the power supply and two more for the data bus.
FX75 is completely customizable by changing the various parameters through the menus of the connected instrument ( Porthole or Eclipse) finally has an upgradeable firmware.
Each servomotor is supplied with a complete kit of mounting accessories.
- The servomotor is equipped with an anti-rotation flange that can be adjusted in 24 different positions.
The its function is to limit the orientation of the work area according to the type of installation.
- The two mounting brackets, fixed in one of the four possible positions, give greater flexibility in installing the servomotor.</p >
