B6 SERIES MINIATURE LINEAR ACTUATORS
The B6 actuator is a small yet powerful 12–14 V DC actuator equipped with internal limit switches. Once activated, the actuator continues to operate until the power is turned off or until it automatically shuts off at the end of the stroke. It can also be stopped at any position by cutting off the power. Since the thrust is generated through a leadscrew, the output shaft remains locked in any position when the power is off. The direction of movement is determined by the voltage polarity.
The B6 actuator shares the same footprint as our T2 / T3 servo. Models B6-7C and B6-11C have a brass output shaft designed to work with our C2 series clevis. Models B6-7T and B6-11T have a brass 10/32 threaded pin output shaft. Below are some examples:
